Provide tier 1–2 support to clients: troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and escalation. Strong communication and customer focus required.
ApplyDesign and maintain client infrastructure: servers, cloud, security. Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS preferred.
ApplySupport security monitoring, incident response, and compliance initiatives. Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP) a plus.
